Fantastic bat, even more so for the price as i got one when it was reduced. Used it for the first time a couple of weekends ago and hit 60 not out, including 8 boundaries. The low middle is nothing but brilliant, really suits the type of wickets we play on in this country. Was so impressed with the bat, I bought the gloves and pads too.
Very nice, great sound when connecting with the ball. Thou not much chance to bat with it. But what I have used very nice.
As a 65-year-old, I have just returned to Village Cricket after a 30-year hiatus from cricket. The Capel (Surrey) 3rd team were short of numbers, and to save games being cancelled, I came from umpiring to playing. I needed a new bat and came across you; at my age it had to be long handled and reasonably priced. On my 2nd outing with my new bat, going in at #6 myself and #5, 4 for not many we then set up an 80+ partnership of 22 overs. I was like a kid in Toy Shop, the bat was fantastic, well knocked in, a great weight, and more importantly middle, and I ended up scoring 46 not out. Whilst fielding, at one stage on the off side whilst fielding was a 13 / 15 and two 17-year-olds, together with me, fielding to a 17-year-old bowler, absolutely fantastic. Thank you for giving me one of the highlights of my summer.... so far.
Bought this for my son after he grew out of his expensive brand bat. He plays academy and pathway level cricket and we are very surprised how good quality the bat is.
The sizing is spot on, grade of willow is top level and the weighting is very neutral.
Will definitely be buying again once he grows out of this size.
P.s. absolute bonus that the bat is knocked in as well saving a lot of work!!

For the grains and ping, you would usually be paying over the odds. I've hit my career highest runs with it and finally feel like I can fulfill my potential as a batsman.

For the money, it's an excellent bat. Really well balanced, lovely low middle.. loads of wood still in the bathroom though get full value for your shots. Would definitely recommend
First outing last night and 32 scored - not bad for me! I struggled a bit with timing on a very bouncy, new astro and a lower middle than I am used to. But the ball travelled pretty well even when I missed the middle. Great for driving. A really honest and well-performing bat at a great price. We are going to get on well, I reckon! Great gloves, light, breathable and my hands have the freedom to move/rotate whilst doing my crazy batting!
Cracking bag. Love the shoe pouch at the bottom, keep all the dirt and grass away from the important stuff! Wish it had one more pocket though!
Don't know whether it's the placebo effect, but had my best innings the first time I used it. Onwards and upwards, hopefully!
Amazing! Previous pads, although well padded, quite cumbersome.These bad boys are light, comfy and easy to make those important singles!

Used it in 2 games so far and scored 52 and 14*. It’s got a great middle and had a few comments already. Pads and gloves are comfiest I’ve ever owned. Would highly recommend
