Delivery & Returns

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the dispatch of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

UK Delivery Rates & Estimates

  • Standard Delivery: £5 (free over £100) - 3-7 working days (shipped with Evri)
  • Express Delivery: £9 - 1-2 working days (shipped with DPD)

When your parcel is on its way, you will receive a text message/email with your expected delivery date and tracking number.

If you’ll be out, it’s not a problem: from within the text message/email you will have a range of options to have it delivered to a neighbour or pick up location.

On the morning of delivery, you’ll also be given a delivery window and you’ll be able to track your parcel at every stage in its journey.

UK FREE Returns

We both hope that you will love your order but if you don’t you are welcome to return it.

To give you a chance to get a feel of the products, we offer completely free returns for unused products.

Please send your bat in a resalable condition back to us within 30 days from the day your bat arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Please email us at hello@villagecricket.co to get a returns reference before returning your order.

In addition, we offer a one year guarantee. If your bat or any other product breaks during a game or practice we will send you a replacement free of charge. To receive this, simply email us at hello@villagecricket.co with a picture and information about how it broke and we’ll send you a brand new bat.

We ship all over the world, so far we have shipped to Australia, USA, Spain and many other destinations.
