When your parcel is on its way, you will receive a text message/email with your expected delivery date and tracking number.
If you’ll be out, it’s not a problem: from within the text message/email you will have a range of options to have it delivered to a neighbour or pick up location.
On the morning of delivery, you’ll also be given a delivery window and you’ll be able to track your parcel at every stage in its journey.
We ship all over the world, so far we have shipped to Australia, USA, Spain and many other destinations.
Currently we operate a delivery quote system, to get your price please get in touch with what products you are after and we’ll have a quote over to your within 24 hours.
We both hope that you will love your Village Cricket Bat but if you don’t you are welcome to return it.
To give you a chance to get a feel of the bat, we offer completely free returns for unused bats.
Please send your bat in a resellable condition back to us within 30 days from the day your bat arrives for a full refund via the original payment method. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a returns reference before returning your order.
In addition, we offer a one year guarantee. If your bat or any other product breaks during a game or practice we will send you a replacement free of charge. To receive this, simply email us at email@example.com with a picture and information about how it broke and we’ll send you a brand new bat.
